Delivery Process Terms
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Methods
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa via our trusted courier partners.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the products ordered.
- Collection from our warehouse is available by prior arrangement.
Delivery Timeframes
- Main Centres: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
- Regional Areas: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
(Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.)
Delivery Fees
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
- Promotional offers may include free delivery for qualifying orders.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- You can track your delivery directly via the courier’s online tracking system.
Receiving Your Delivery
- Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt a second delivery or contact you to arrange collection from their depot.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your delivery upon receipt.
- If items are missing or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Delays & Force Majeure
- Industrial Catering Equipment is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.
International Deliveries
- At present, we only deliver within South Africa. International orders are not available unless otherwise arranged.
